Right on the Money: Financial Advice for Tough Times by Pat Robertson
You know that Pat Robertson is a world-famous televangelist, but did you know that he's also an expert in financial matters? In his weekly broadcast segment, "Money Monday", Dr. Robertson answers viewers' questions about all things financial. His deep knowledge of finance, based on sound economic - and Biblical - principles, has made him a "go to" resource for hundreds of thousands of CBN viewers.
Now he has written a book that is accessible to everyone and provides answers people desperately need in today's tough times.
Among the topics he addresses are how to:
Create a healthy financial plan
Devise spending strategies to help you live within your budget
Identify areas where your money can grow
Build a nest egg
Maximize your tax savings
Diminish your debt
Make prudent financial decisions
Plan for the future
Enjoy peace of mind and God's financial protection
RIGHT ON THE MONEY also includes a financial glossary, worksheets and a special section of the most frequently asked questions & answers about keeping what you have and growing your personal net worth.

I believe you will find this audio very informative. I am not so up on financial things because my husband deals with it all. If you are like me or just want to learn more about finances, then you will enjoy this book. You can learn how to find things like "What's MY SCORE?", what are mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, learn about mortgages, and the BIG question of how do I get out of debt.
I recently reviewed the Right on the Money CD's. The 3 CD's are read by Pat Robertson. You will find that the book and the CD's are not exactly the same. I have never listened to an audio book before this and did not realize that CD's are often not word for word like the published book. Listen to the sample of a portion of chapter #7 online at Hachette Book Group.
The audio version consists of topics like the following:
* Home ownership - it isn't for everyone
* The cardinal rule of credit cards
* Three steps to paying off creditors
* How to improve your credit score
* How to create a budget
* Who needs life insurance
* How to build a nest egg.
Why not let Dr. Robertson help you with this teaching tool!
